Q: How long will my egg last?
A:
With reasonable care, the eggs will last for a looooooong time.
Some of the first eggs I ever made in 1983 are still on display at my
mother's home.
Q: Can I clean my Incredible Eggs™
A:
Yes...Just clean with a damp cloth. Water will do, but a little
dish soap won't hurt it either.
Q: Can my eggs break?
A:
Yes! If you hit it with a bat, or step on it, it will break. But
with reasonable care, they should last a lifetime.
Q:Can you fix a cracked or broken egg?
A:
If an egg cracks, I can usually repair it with glue and re-dip it for
you. If it is broken into pieces, we suggest you order a new egg.
Q:How long will it take to make a Custom
Incredible Egg™?
A:
Delivery is usually 4 to 6 weeks from the time I receive the
order. Please call to see if RUSH order
is available...(additional charge may apply).
Q: Can you send Incredible Eggs™ to a third
party?
A:
Yes, please remember to include their address.
Q: How do you ship Incredible Eggs™?
A:
First Class Mail...we can ship Priority Mail and shipping charges will
be adjusted.
Q: What if it arrives broken?
A:
We guarantee our eggs. Call us or send it back and we will
refund your money or send you another egg. We have never had an
egg arrive broken through the mail since we started in 1983. We
ship anywhere in the world...Shipping and handling rates will be
adjusted for outside the U.S.
Q: Is their a money back guarantee?
A:
Yes! If you are unhappy for any reason, return the egg and we
will refund your money.
Q:Do you accept checks or credit cards?
A:
Yes, checks through the mail or Visa or MasterCard over the phone. DO NOT USE
EMAIL TO SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! IT IS NOT SECURE!

Q: When are you coming to my town: A: We are only doing 4 to 6 shows a year - Mostly in Florida. See Show Schedule for more detail.
Q: Do you teach egg classes?
A:
No regularly scheduled classes. However if you live in the
Tampa metro area, please contact us via email for further information.

A:
Just checking to see if you're still awake! The Ostrich, Emu
and Goose eggs are purchased from U.S. bird farms, and the chicken eggs,
do come from area supermarkets before we start the 26 step process to
create your beautiful Incredible Egg™ ornament.
